First of all, a big thank you to everyone who pre-ordered a case! We didn't quite know what to expect, but we've been humbled by the amount of support we've received.
As a result of this great support, we've now sold out of the first batch of cases! We'd expected that the next batch wouldn't be too far away by now, but sadly issues with component supply mean that we can't confirm when the next batch will be ready.
Unfortunately this means that we have to temporarily close pre-orders while we go about getting the issue resolved. As our first venture into manufacturing a product we were expecting some challenges but clearly underestimated the extent. We apologise for the inconvenience and assure you we're doing everything we can to get the supply issues sorted out quickly so that things run smoothly in the future.

Also, as those of you who ordered will be aware, we've had some quality issues affecting a proportion of the top covers from the first batch. As we can't be sure who was affected by this, we'll be sending a replacement cover to everyone who ordered. We're doing this because we want to make sure the product you receive is something we'd be happy receiving ourselves. Unfortunately organising this is taking a little longer than we'd hoped, so we thank you for your patience. We'll email you as soon as your replacement cover has been shipped.
